The 2026 Barmy Fox Embroidery SUMMER CAMP - A Two Week Online Craft Camp!

NOTHING WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOU. SUMMER CAMP CONSISTS OF LIVE VIDEOS, EVERY DAY FROM 21 JUNE TO 5 JULY!!!
WE ARE BACK FOR THE THIRD YEAR…but this year we’re taking it way way back to SUMMER CAMP!!!
I never really went to a proper summer camp, but I did go to camp with my school for a week when I was in fifth or sixth grade. I remember the friendship bracelets, my first disposable camera (which I ended up taking loads of photos of the intense fog we had ??? Don’t ask), and that I made loads of friendships, even though I couldn’t tell you even one of their names now.
That’s why I’ve changed the countdown to summer box to a completely digital SUMMER CAMP this year! (And tarrifs lol)
Camp starts on the first day of summer, 21 June. We’ll have two whole weeks of amazing videos that you can follow along with and make loads of fabulous projects!
You get:
1 watercolour workshop where we explore watercolour on fabric (without having to stay in the lines!) and make journal scrolls! On these scrolls you can experiment with abstract stitching and colours via watercolour and embroidery. 21 June.
5 different projects, all taught via live private videos
- a mini book of stitches! Here I teach you how to take one piece of fabric, stitch loads of different stitches on it and then make a few cuts and BAM! It turns into a book!! Very reminiscent of the book stitchalong we did but there’s 16 pages in this one! 22-24 June.
- pins, patches, badges and magnets! I show how to stitch on felt, and then how to make your artwork into different pins/patches/badges etc. You even get a set of completion badges like in 1996 Girl Scouts when you’ve completed a project! 25-27 June.
- how to make simple bag charms or phone charms, these are so addicting to make using simple materials you might already have at home! 28-29 June.
- sashiko inspired embroidery bookmark by Natalie of Natalie Gaynor Designs! She’s going to teach you how to make texture rich bookmarks using timeless sashiko inspired designs that you’ll be able to use and make again and again! 30 June- 1 July.
- the ‘elements’ project, where you get loads of different single flowers, foliage, and plants drawn for you, as well as different vases, tea cups, watering cans etc. Then I show you how to put them all together to make your own custom bouquets! These elements will be on a pdf by themselves so you can either trace them onto your fabric or you can print them, cut them out and arrange them on your hoop using sticky solvy. 2 July - 4 July.
1 bonus craft! We’ll be making our own cardboard tools to make special friendship bracelets! 5 July

SUMMER CAMP TIMELINE:
-purchase the summer camp listing
-hold tight until 4 May when you’ll get your welcome pack email! This email I’ll have all your patterns, PDFs, materials lists, password for the website page, everything!
-gather your materials and print your patterns if you want to! This is where we’ll sort all our projects out!
-you’ll get another email before 21 June letting you know the links for the private videos, and how to join!
-21 June, we’ll have our first video and kick off Summer Camp!
- videos will be every night from 21 June to 5 July all videos will be recorded and saved, then sent to you after!
SUMMER CAMP DETAILS!
~This is a **pre order**. You will not get any downloads yet! The welcome pack that will be emailed out on 4 May will have all of your PDFs, patterns, stick and stick digital downloads, materials lists….everything!!! Everything will also be uploaded to the secret page on my website, accessible by a password that will be in the email!
~Nothing will be shipped to you! Each project tries to use materials that you might already have, or are easy to get! I’ll provide links and talk through all materials before the start of summer camp!
~All workshops and projects are live videos which will be saved. A link to the saved videos will be provided after the video is over and added to the secret password protected website page
