Ordering and delivery

Can I track my order?

We send every order with Royal Mail First class, which is not tracked. If you are in the UK, expect your order in 1-2 business days! Very rarely do packages go missing, but if you havent gotten your package in 14 days then please email me and we'll see what we can do!  

 

USA and WORLDWIDE

Tracking is NOT automatically included with orders to the states or anywhere else around the world unless you specifically choose it at checkout. This is to keep the costs of shipping as affordable as possible! If you wish to pay for tracking your order, this will increase the price of your shipping. Choose 'tracked shipping' when you check out and an email will be sent to you with the tracking information. 

*Please note that packages to the Unites States and other countries can take up to a month to arrive to you. If you havent gotten your package in 6 weeks, email me and we'll follow up! thebarmyfox@gmail.com

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging. At this time we do not accept exchanges. 

How do I return an item?

Please contact me at thebarmyfox@gmail.com for any concerns about your order, and we'll get back to you with an address you can return your item to!

Please note that full refunds are not possible and you will only be refunded the cost of the actual item minus shipping. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees. 

Stick and Stitch Subscription

How does the stick and stitch subscription work?

The stick and stitch subscription packs are a monthly subscription of water soluble patches. These will have a different theme each month and will be shipped directly to your home! Sometimes they'll be smaller 'patches' and other times they'll be bigger designs like larger patches or hoops! 

They're perfect for thick fabrics you cannot see through to transfer the pattern in a traditional way, or even for clothing, bags, pillow cases, blankets or stick them stright on a hoop!

When do the stick and stitch subscriptions ship?

Subscription stick and stitch packs are shipped the first week of every month. You will be charged the same day each month in which you made your first purchase, (if you purchased your first pack on the 13th June, your next bill will be on the 13th July). 

Minimum 2 months subscription cause you're getting a deal! You can pause or cancel your subscription after that if you'd like, no worries!  (pausing keeps your price point if you want to skip a month or don't have the extra funds. Cancelling cancels your orders completely and you'll have to resubscribe in order to get another subscription)

Digital Subscriptions

How do digital subscriptions work?

The June monthly pattern is available for that entire month. If you purchase any day in June, you'll get the June pattern. New digital products are uploaded on the 1st of every month. July 1 will have a new pattern for that month. 

You will be charged the same day each month in which you made your first purchase, (if you purchased your first pack on the 13th June, your next bill will be on the 13th July).
